Personal Thoughts:

This isn’t a normal book review, for a few reasons. This book contains different quotes from C. S. Lewis, and it not a fictional piece, which I normally review with content warnings. Neither can it be described as nonfiction. So, I will share my opinion. I haven’t read all the way through it, but I have no doubt that it is clean.

The quotes are very inspiring. I asked for this book, because I am in a place in life where I feel like I need as much wisdom as I can get, which only comes from the Lord, (“The fear of the Lord is the beginning of wisdom, and the knowledge of the Holy One is understanding” Proverbs 9:10, CSB), but I thought it might have some practical life lessons inside.

The topics range from joy, grief, living life fully with Christ, love, and more. I think this would be a great gift for any age, but especially young adults.

Also, I want to talk about the size of this book. It is, so cute! Its thick but small, and perfect for carrying in a purse or bag without being too heavy.

I recommend this for 14+ (depending on their maturity level).

As stated before, I haven’t read through the entire book, but I know this is something I will enjoy for years to come, so 5 ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐
